Villa Kostez Ar Mor (near Crozon)

Single-storey house built in 2017, quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, combining comfort, modernity and functionality. It is situated in a village located between Quimper, Brest and the Crozon Peninsula, less than 2 km from several beaches. This privileged location is perfect for exploring Douarnenez Bay and the many must-see attractions of Finistère.

The house has two bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed. The first bedroom features a large wardrobe providing plenty of comfortable storage space. The second bedroom also has a wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV. It has direct access to a shower room equipped with a shower, washbasin and electric heated towel rail. This bedroom also provides direct access to the terrace and garden.

A separate bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, double washbasin and electric heated towel rail.

The fully fitted and equipped kitchen is open-plan and leads into the spacious living area, creating a warm and welcoming space. It includes a gas hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Tassimo pod coffee machine. Plenty of storage space makes it easy to have everything you need during your stay.

The living area is bright and spacious, with plenty of natural light and a view of the garden through the large glass doors. It includes a flat-screen TV (streaming apps + French TV channels via an Orange TV box), DVD player, hi-fi system, two-seater sofa, Voltaire armchair and swivel armchair. The dining area features a table seating 4 people. A large bookcase also invites you to relax and discover new stories.
A separate WC with a hand basin completes this property.

The garage houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and three freezer drawers.

Outside, a large south-facing tiled terrace overlooks the spacious garden. It is furnished with outdoor dining furniture for four people, two parasols including one cantilever parasol, four sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue, providing a lovely setting for enjoying sunny days and sharing meals outdoors.

On the west side, a second, smaller terrace features outdoor seating and an outdoor shower, which is particularly welcome after a day at the beach. The garden is not fenced.

Internet connection (fibre optic). Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.

The rental price includes utilities, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels. Basic household essentials are provided.

To be paid upon arrival:
Security deposit (500 EUR by credit card pre-authorisation) + tourist tax (according to the applicable current rate).

Baby equipment can be provided upon request: high chair, baby bath, potty or travel cot, at a rate of 10 EUR per item per stay.

Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The house is located in the village Ti Gwenn (municipality of Plomodiern) in the heart of the bay of Douarnenez. The short distances allow you to go to a big city (Quimper, Brest) or to discover wild lands such as can be found on the Crozon peninsula or around Ménez-Hom.
Pors Ar Vag beach (2 km) is known as a small surf spot. During the summer the beach is supervised. It is made up of fine sand and pebbles. The restaurant on the beach (L'Oasis) is renowned for its good value for money. We eat mostly local and fresh. On sunny days, you can sit on the terrace and admire the sea view and the sunset.
In the immediate vicinity you will also find the beaches of Lestrévet or Pentrez (accessible on foot at low tide from Pors Ar Vag) where you can practice sand yachting with your whole family. Initiation courses are organised.
From the beach of Pors Ar Vag you will have direct access to the GR34. Climb to the tip of Tal Ar Grip to see the expanse of beaches and cliffs.
In the village there is also a small nautical club and the restaurant "Chez Tatabel" to eat in or take away.
Come and contemplate the splendid view over the bay of Douarnenez at the top of the Ménez Hom located 330 meters above sea level, come and watch the shows of paragliding enthusiasts.Less than 10 km away, discover the medieval village of Locronan, a small town full of character, voted the most beautiful village in France. Every Friday come and taste the local specialties at the Plomodiern market or on the beach of Pentrez every Monday.
