Located directly on the GR34 coastal footpath, it is the perfect base from which to explore Brittany's spectacular coastline and unspoilt natural landscapes.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children, offering bright, spacious and fully equipped living areas.
On the ground floor, you will find a generous open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the terrace and garden. The space features a large dining table seating up to eight guests, two sofas, an armchair and an open fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings during the cooler months. The American-style open-plan kitchen is both elegant and practical, with marble worktops, a breakfast bar with three stools, and a traditional stone sink engraved with Breton symbols. It is exceptionally well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob with extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, as well as a wide range of cookware, utensils and small kitchen appliances.
Also on the ground floor is a separate TV lounge with direct access to the terrace, providing the ideal setting to relax with family or friends. It is equipped with a satellite television, a three-seater sofa, a rattan armchair and a selection of board games. This room also benefits from high-speed fibre broadband (Orange Livebox), Apple TV and a DVD player.
The ground floor also includes a separate WC with washbasin, together with a master bedroom featuring a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and a chest of drawers. Its en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin, heated towel rail and ample built-in storage.
Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine with an extensive library provides a peaceful place to unwind. There is one bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed and chest of drawers, and a second bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm double bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and shutters allowing complete blackout. This floor also offers a separate WC with washbasin and a shower room fitted with a shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
The lower ground floor includes a children's bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a wardrobe, together with a shower room featuring a shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. A utility room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a large freezer.
Outside, the south-west facing terrace is the perfect place to enjoy sunny days. It is furnished with a large medieval-style dining table and eight chairs, two sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and a parasol. The garden is enclosed by mature planting and partly by a gate and low stone wall, providing a pleasant and private setting. There is private parking for up to two vehicles on the property.
The rental price includes all utility charges, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels. Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue are not provided.
