Completely renovated in an old historic building, it offers spacious accommodation, tasteful decoration and a private parking space for extra convenience.
On the ground floor, the bright living room features a television, a two-seater sofa and leather and fabric armchairs, and opens onto a modern, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor fan, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee makers, toaster, kettle, raclette set, indoor plancha, plus a dining table for six.
An entrance hatch leads to a small utility room with washing machine and flush toilet, with direct access to the garden.
Upstairs is a master suite with double bed (140x190), large wardrobe and en suite shower room (towel rail, washbasin), a bedroom with two single beds (90x190), wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a separate WC with washbasin. The second floor has a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a study with a sitting area and storage space, and a bathroom with washbasin. All bedrooms can be darkened.
Outside, a wooden terrace with furniture, parasol, charcoal barbecue and two deckchairs invites you to relax. For your entertainment, you'll find a DVD player and children's books. Childcare equipment is also available, including a cot, high chair, baby bath and potty. You'll also find four bodyboards to enjoy the sea. Surfboards are also available on request.
The house has a low-speed WiFi connection.

Security deposit (EUR 300 in the form of a bank imprint) + tourist tax (according to current rates)
Bed linen and towels are provided. Utilities (water + electricity) and final cleaning are included in the final rental price.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The Crozon peninsula offers numerous hiking trails (GR34), several water sports centres (discovery courses for surfing, kite surfing, bodyboarding, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle...). Come and discover the markets and small local producers. Every Tuesday evening in summer, concerts and street shows liven up the resort of Morgat. Numerous artisans exhibit their wares at the summer night markets.
