
A pleasant home to live in all year round, it charms with its

countryside and the sea. Built on a full basement, it overlooks the Aber
marsh, in the heart of the village of Trélannec, in the commune of
Crozon.
The ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped
kitchen with a fridge-freezer, range cooker with extractor hood,
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and Italian
coffee maker. The bright and welcoming living room opens directly onto
the terrace. It has a dining table for six guests, two sofas, one of
which is a chaise longue, a Fatboy beanbag, a large HD screen with
streaming apps, a DVD player, board games, a wood-burning stove and an
electric piano. An internet connection is also available. A separate
toilet with washbasin completes this level, as well as a pantry equipped
with additional small appliances.
Upstairs, you will find a
bathroom with a shower, washbasin and electric towel rail, as well as a
separate toilet. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms. The first
has a 140 x 190 cm bed and a large wardrobe with mirror. The second
also has a 140 x 190 cm bed, a wardrobe, a Fatboy beanbag and a desk
with lamp. The master bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe with
mirror, and a private bathroom with shower, sink and electric towel
rail. All bedrooms can be darkened.
The basement/garage has a washing machine, tumble dryer and table football.
Outside,
you can enjoy a gravel terrace, a large garden, patio furniture and
garden furniture, a hammock, a charcoal barbecue and a parasol.
Three parking spaces are available on the property.
To be paid upon arrival:
Security deposit (EUR 500, bank card imprint) + tourist tax (according to current rates).
Water,
electricity and fuel costs are included in the rental price.
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are included. However,
guests are asked to leave the accommodation in a clean condition.
Baby
equipment can be provided on request, including a travel cot and high
chair, a baby bath and potty, for a flat fee of EUR 10 per item.
The property is not suitable for people with impaired mobility.
